For the 2019 Global Teacher Prize, I traveled on my own to a remote part of the Great Rift Valley in Kenya to film the story of Peter Tabichi. Once there, I worked with local fixer George Kihara to capture and craft this short documentary. Peter was announced as the winner in the ceremony in Dubai, winning the $1,000,000 prize.
